● Oversee all design and execution of consumer experiences which set brand
standards through close collaboration with category (marketing and business)
and function (Retail brand, Brand digital, Brand communication, PR) teams.
● Accountable for the management of brand strategy, identity, and creative
services, advertising creative.
● Worked closely with agencies in the development and launch of company’s
creative, including, graphic design, retail, web, event, movie, and delivered
under budget and on time.
● Work directly with Japan Markeitng GM to develop marketing plans and
initiatives to increase sales, brand awareness, and to execute all marketing
functions.
● Strategically involved in the development of shops and services, initiated new
marketing procedures and policies to enhance customer experience within
the retail establishments.
